during this time, we make sure all employees are working safely and running product in specs and of the best guality. Also working with employees to solve any problems and/or troubleshoot issues or scenarios as they arise. Data collection and entry on production, scrap, spoilage etc. are also done on a daily basis. Supervised daily operations to ensure a safe work environment, minimize spoilage and waste, and deliver high-quality finished products. Attendance and participation in daily meeting with management, scheduling team and quality department is also important in the manufacturing process to achieve or goals.
