Total assistance in everyday living skills; shower,dressing. oral care and dressing. He was on a bowel program and had catheterization to urinate. Performed Range of Motion twice a day. Getting him up in the morning and down for bed. I cooked all meals for him and fed him. I did light duty house work (empty trash, laundry, vacuumed etc). I drove him to doctors appointments and where ever he wanted to go. I traveled with him and family to vacations to help him with anything he needed. .
