  • Manages and collaborates with program partners to implement elements of the Internship Program including intern and worksite recruitment, orientation, worksite and cohort day experiences.
  • Assists in supervising 42 high school interns during summer program cohort days, including mentoring and support of students to achieve their program goals and monitoring attendance alongside the BAI direct service team.
  • Works with the BPS Arts Expansion Director to ensure regular communication with program partners such as the Boston Private Industry Council, college and career readiness instructors, executive coaches, direct service staff, and writing instructors.
  • Coordinates the grant review process and grants management for Arts Expansion Fund by managing application intake, preparing materials for external review team, processing grantee reports and scheduling grantee site visits.
  • Manages all aspects of the High School Credit-Bearing Program, including coordinating with arts partners, recruiting and liaising with Teachers of Record and school leaders, maintaining accurate rosters, and ensuring timely submission of grading rubrics.
  • As a lead partner in the Youth Arts Impact Network, collaborates with the Mass Cultural Council to share resources and updates on upcoming opportunities through regular email communications, manages technical support for virtual convenings, oversees logistics and catering for in-person convenings, and supports the facilitation of workshops and interactive activities.
