I would import all of our web orders into our system. Then I would go through them and check if we had the items in stock or not. If we had them in stock, I would send them to our shipping department. If we did not, I would send a purchase order to our vendors to have the item drop-shipped to the customer. I would also help our with phone calls from customer looking for status on their orders, and also help in sales when needed.
