I have been a lead tech for two years. My experience consist of working on MT pumps to PD pumps. Taking apart, diagnosis and total rebuilds. Specialize on Cornell and Pioneer pumps. All weaterford pd pumps. Gardner Denver/ Nationals. Gear pumps. Diapragm pumps. etc.

• Started off training of the tear downs and overhauls of gas compressor engines in shop
• This includes buffing and cleaning out and replacing all the old parts with new ones
• Currently my position is being class b technician which includes overhauls of main water pumps and deming water pumps, carburetors, pulleys and gears
• Job duties also include repairing 99 regulators, testing engines before we send them out to the field.

• Duties include stocking and pulling parts for customer or field technicians
• Fixed and repaired triplex pumps in shop and in the field when needed
• I do have experience in replacing the packing, plungers, pressure and torque testing unit to certify.

• Started out as a driver delivering oil field equipment and meeting customers with their equipment
• With in the year, I moved into the shop and became a pump assembler and testing the pumps before they shipped out to the customers
• Moved into the field a year after to become a field mechanic
• This job included installing, repairing all kinds of pumps that range from centrifugal pumps to piston pumps and meeting customer deadlines
• Once finished we would give our perspective to the customer about their equipment.

• Qualification includes 1 year of basic training for shipping and package handling
• Job included experience in operating a forklift, loading and unloading product coming in & out of the facility
• Most important task is to check the product quality which always overseed the standard while working there.
