Work with National Account KAMS from Anheuser-Busch to implement,execute and oversee all National Account C-Store business.
* create all reset schedules for the Fort Worth Chain C-Store Accounts in the DFW area. Communicate those schedules to all parties at Anheuser-Busch, Ben E. Keith, Andrews Distributing and all other beverage distributors. Oversee the annual resets as Category Captain, and make all necessary decisions for retail customer needs by proving excellent communication skills and knowledge in the industry.
* Implement, communicate and execute all Monthly Promotions for all C-Store outlets (examples: 7-Eleven, QuikTrip, RaceTrac, Circle K, Dollar General, Family Dollar, EZ Mart etc....)
*Identify, dissect and relay all market strategies for each C-Store outlet to Ben E Keith Area Sales Managers and their Sales Teams (Sales Rep., Merchandisers, and Stockers)
*Execute Go Spot Check Survey audits (monthly) and follow up on any sales opportunities and make improvements to those by utilizing the data retrieved and filtered to individual team members and or departments.
*Mastered the entire Ben E. Keith portfolio in order to know where to target sales for different styles, brands and characteristics.
*Maintained shelf set integrity annually by learning and utilizing SPP (Space Planning Plus).
