As a front end team member at Wegmans my job was to make sure customers end their shopping trip's with a positive experience. At Wegmans I am appart of the Helping hands department. Our tasks include maintaing the appearance and safety of the parking lot and the inside of the store by gathering shopping carts and picking up garbage, engage customers in friendly conversation while making eye contact and smiling, offer additional assistance or services and thank customer for shopping at wegmans.

• Organized racks and shelves to maintain store visual appeal, engage customers, and promote specific merchandise.
• Handled cash transactions efficiently while adhering to company cash handling policies, ensuring accuracy in all financial exchanges.
• Built relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Managed returns, exchanges and refunds in accordance with store policy.
