I have been in the Houlihan's family for almost a decade including several years working in various restaurants. My skills initially were in the front of house, since joining the Denton location I have been granted the ability of learning about the Hospitality and Back of house side of the industry. Honing my skills in the kitchen and other areas of the building. Many of my colleagues would vouch for my calm demeanor under pressure and knowledge of the business. My goal was never to be a "manager" though recent events have lead me to believe that a supervisor position is just the thing for me and for Houlihan's. "Leaders are born not made" that quote stands out to me due to the fact that I don't choose to be a supervisor because I already supervise when I show up to work. My natural ability is what makes me right for the job, others will tell you the same. Applying for this position is a duty rather than a choice, knowing you're the person that can lead others and shape the future of a business in a positive way becomes a responsibility. I hope you see the same capability in me that I see in myself, no doubt my addition to the leadership role would ensure only great things.
