Lead all operational aspects of a program comprising 17 US personnel and over 400 Host Nation Rider personal in 7 locations. Support Program Manager, as needed and assume Program Manager role in his absence. Maintain constant contact with USSOUTHCOM J-3, JIATF-SOUTH, FOL, and TAT personnel and leadership to ensure continued operations in all locations. Manage training for all Host Nation Rider Escort and Host Nation Rider Personnel, according to bilateral agreements and established Air Force aircrew guidelines.

Served as go-to-person for both leaders and CSA’s on difficult computer issues. Maintained close relationship with AKANG, ASG, ACOMS, J-6, J-2, JTF-AK/ALCOM, 11 AF Staff, Public Affairs, NCC, and 3rd Comms Squadron; enabling improved cooperation between AOC and other organizations and better situational awareness for leadership. Ensured uninterrupted communications support for senior AOC leaders. Managed Reserve Forces MPA tours, providing critical manpower to undermanned positions in the AOC. Maintained familiarity on TBMC3 and GCCS systems used in workspaces and the AOC. Regularly shadowed Battle Staff during operations and exercises to ensure understanding of operations and systems being used.

Served as initial team leader, instrumental in establishing first ever IO Team at 611th/ANR. Worked to synchronize IO plans with JTF-AK/ALCOM. Coordinated IO efforts with ALCOM/ANR PA. Acted as liaison between NORAD/NORTHCOM, PACAF, and 611AOC/ANR on all IO planning and execution. Participated in several local area, regional, and national-level exercises, providing on-the-spot IO expertise and inputs. Picked by AOC commander to represent AOC at Cyber-warfare CPX because of IT system background and demonstrated understanding of computer systems. Also picked as AOC representative for State Department-sponsored exercise planning conference and chosen as the AOC/POC for Influence Operations and OPSEC for actual exercise. Developed and maintained very strong working relationship between AOC operations and support groups to include ACOMS, J-6, and Communications Squadron. Interaction helped improve exercise realism and real-world operations.

Served as first IO Crisis Action Team watch member for VE exercise and developed SOP for position. Received accolades from Senior Public Affairs Officer for collaboration during exercise.

Duties included user account management, network management and troubleshooting, installation/upkeep of software and hardware systems, and computer system repair. Regularly required modify system updates provided by corporate teams to make them work in our highly-specialized local network environment. Extensive experience with both Windows and SOLARIS/UNIX operating systems. Led conversion of principal servers and dozens of workstations from SOLARIS to Windows operating systems ahead of the rest of the corporate system. Recognized by national leadership for ability to “think outside the box” and be a trendsetter for new ways to manage networks integrating both COTS and GOTS applications in most cost-effective and reliable ways possible, while still following Information Assurance guidelines. Sought after by upper management for crucial civilian SA/IT management positions on several occasions.
