As Construction Manager for Habitat for Humanity I'm responsible for supervision of all new construction, remodeling, and renovation of homes or other assigned projects undertaken by Mitchell-Yancey Habitat for Humanity organization. Reporting to Construction Committee and working hand in hand with Board and paid staff members of MYHFH.

● Oversee entire building process, including schedules, building sites, and coordination of contractors.
● Working with Construction Committee/Chair on project budgets, materials procurement and other aspects of various projects.
● Work patiently with volunteers on site to provide on-the-job training and supervision for semi-skilled and unskilled volunteers.

● Work with Volunteer Coordinator, Operations Manager and others to recruit volunteer labor needed to ensure ongoing construction.
