I'm seeking a position within a company where I can utilize my diverse skill set to grow within a team business that values not only its customers, but also its employees and supports career growth. My experience starts with new lawn grading for topsoil with tractors, irrigation installation, landscaping, snow plowing, and continued to writing policies and procedures for quality control of aluminum automotive suspension components from foundry mold injection to CNC machining and assembly to reduce scrap costs and increase productivity. I have EPA 608 Universal certification, Michigan real estate sales license, which is currently in holding, InterNACHI Certified home Inspecter and Michigan residential builder's license. Next, I am looking at completing eCornell's Real Estate Investing 360 and Real Estate Property Management Certifications. I owned a duplex for about three years while renovating it and renting one unit for two years before selling it. I rented another single-family home for two years before selling that.

(Summary Continued)
I have a strong desire to learn the maintenance, management, and financial sides of large-scale properties. I grew medical marijuana for 12 years, supplying local dispensaries before closing the business due to an overly saturated market and diminishing returns to pursue my true desire, which is to be involved with real estate. While running the cannabis business, I did all the framing, drywall, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. The gap in my employment between then and now was so I could educate myself, so I would be knowledgeable enough to reach my goals. During this time, I was in a bad car accident, which left me unable to work for over eight months. I've fully recovered from the accident and am seeking employment within a company where I can build a career for a solid future, with opportunities to continue to grow my professional development and experience. Willing to relocate and possibly live on the property if available.
