Ideate, develop, and implement clinical programs for the commercial and Medicare lines of business generating cost of care savings. Use data analytic skills along with clinical program development and maintenence to manage fraud, waste, and abuse. Present at CarelonRx Medicare Cost of Care and lead Medicare Trend and Spend quarterly meetings. Developed and currently manage PreventiveRx Drug lists in compliance with IRS guidance. Work as Lead Preceptor for Elevance Health/CarelonRx PGY-1 residency Traditional Cost of Care rotation. Pertinent programs successfully implemented and/or managed include CSBD Retail Pharmacy Split Fill, Medicare Relabeler Block, Adverse Drug Reaction program, CGM benefit migration, Non-FDA Approved Block List.

Drive practice transformation for EPHC contracted practices, analyze pharmacy data to identify opportunity for success in EPHC program through improving quality of care and reducing cost of care (medical and pharmacy). Presented findings to medical directors, quality improvement staff, care delivery staff, and other leaders within contracted practices. Facilitated EPHC program development including training of care consultants, development in scorecard metrics, practice reporting, resources and tools. Leveraged relationship as pharmacy subject matter expert for care consultants and practices. Presented pertinent pharmacy updates at annual market face-to-face events (CA and VA). Developed materials to support better understanding of pharmacy related STARS measures on Medicare scorecard.
