  • Multi-Family Investment Sales Team: Supported brokers Malcolm McComb, Kevin Geiger and Paul Berry. Tasked with underwriting BOVs and creating detailed financial analysis for clients. Conducted market analysis, rent roll analysis, and detailed aerials for marketing materials. Created sale and rent comparison models for the brokers to place inside marketing materials and use to accurately price assets.
  • Research rotation: Created an interactive dashboard highlighting the Top-20, Class-A office buildings in the Midtown (Atlanta) submarket. The dashboard consists of information on current ownership, stacking plans, capital stacks, renderings, etc. for each building, along with market trends, current/proposed construction, and other general market information. Also rotated through project management and property management.
  • Debt & Structured Finance rotation: Supported a team of six brokers. Created detailed financial analysis, market and sponsorship overviews within the finance requests for properties across all asset classes. Present for meetings with debt-financiers, soliciting a host of financial products advantageous to our clients. Generated leads for the brokers using reports from Real Capital Analytics, CoStar, Lexis Nexus, and internal databases.
  • Brokerage rotation (Landlord Representation): Assisted brokers Eric Ross and Clark Gore with request for proposals (RFPs) on many of the assets within the portfolio. Conducted market research on tenants expiring to generate leads and solicit future tenants. Assisted with financial analysis on new/renewed lease payments, tenant improvements expenditures, leasing commissions, and sale-leasebacks transactions.
