The project was a 500,000 SF corporate campus for Citizens Bank developed on a 108 wooded acre plot of land, including two office buildings (160,000 SF and 113,000 SF), a 57,000 SF call center building, 85,000 SF cafe/amenities building with dining, fitness, retail, and conferencing facilities, as well as a 596,000 SF parking garage.
  • Vertex Pharmaceuticals, Innovation Square Fit-Out located in the Marine Industrial Part, Boston, MA. (2019-2020) The project was a 280,000 SF 4-story fit-out of a core-shell lab building in Boston’s Marine Industrial Park. The project included 60,000 SF of GMP manufacturing for viral vectors and biological manufacturing.
  • Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC), New Impatient Building, BIDMC West Campus, Boston, MA;Design Work: 2018-2020. A 345,000, 10 story hospital building, located on BIDMC West Campus.
  • New York-Presbyterian, Brooklyn Methodist Hospital Center for Community Health, Brooklyn, NY (2015-2020). A 400,00 square foot ambulatory care facility.
