Summary

I was a Petroleum Supply Specialist in the US. Army. I am currently working at DOW for a contractor company called PSC Group i have learned a lot working here and still learning as i go,I have picked up new skills since I've started with the company,I am seeking to maintain a full-time position with DOW that offers professional challenges utilizing interpersonal skills, excellent time management and problem-solving skills.  I'm a dedicated professional with history of meeting company goals utilizing consistent and organized practices. Skilled in working under pressure and adapting to new situations and challenges to best enhance the organizational brand. I supervised many fellow employees training and familiarizing them with their jobs, and made sure to lead them in the right direction to further their career. In the Army we have very high core values that we listen to and live by every day. They are what makes me who I am today. I plan to bring what I learned in the Military and implement it into my civilian life while I continue to further progress my career.

  • Loading and unloading Trains, Hopper Vans and BCN boxes of poly material.
  • I follow DOWs EH&S policy
  • I am IOES certified as both independent reviewer and Isolator, and forklift certified.
    • Knowingwing the process on pulling product samples. Followollow unit procedures step by step to make sure you aren't endangering yourself or another employee life Usei>use Microsoft excel and word to document our day to day loading and unloading, and also OPD to keep track of our tasks throughout the day, also to keep up to date on our schedules of what is to be loaded out or transloaded throughout the week. Maintainintain the unit by doing our daily rounds like washing down and keeping hoses and equipment off the ground to prevent slip and trip hazards.Maintainaintain excellent attendance record,and always on time to do shift relief.
  • I am a team lead/day operator and my role as day operator at LP1 Finishing is to insure all 4 shifts data entry is correct, also making sure the units house keeping is excellent and supplies are ordered and up to par.
  • I attend safety meetings and any other meetings that are necessary, as well as taking care of emails and phone calls about our schedules,and product coming in on Hopper trucks and rail cars.
