To preform all duties required for permitting in Kentucky and West Virginia, working with government agencies on all aspects of permitting. Also oversee contract crews on daily maintenance of ponds, roads, and reclamation. Also performed other duties pertaining to submitting emissions to the state of Kentucky, water withdraw to the state of Kentucky, water sampling being submitted to Division of Water. Also work with mapping of underground mine.
