I'm very capable of coming up with the plan for the days work but also have absolutely no problem doing things differently if it is preferred. With Northwest tree experts I ran a crew of 3 to 4 people. Working as the lead climber as well I was charged with analyzing the tree and providing the best method to complete the task at hand, using forward thinking to keep the day running smooth. We would do a lot of big removals in tight spaces, storm damage, trimming, bucket work, ext. A contract doing all the tree work for JBLM and McChord military bases kept us very busy.
