I started working for the University of New Hampshire shortly after high school. I have occupied multiple roles, all pertaining to housekeeping, throughout my employment. I am experienced, and qualified; know the campus, know the clients, know the contractors, and know the daily operations of the facilities department. My manager, and my former manager, have both been preparing me for this role since recognizing my leadership potential early on in my employment.
I am responsible for the assessment of custodial services in over sixty buildings throughout campus. I inspect all academic buildings monthly, and meet with contractors weekly to discuss concerns and possible solutions.
I was responsible for the supervision of academic, and residential buildings throughout the Durham campus. My responsibilities included:
Over twenty five years of experience in the industry
Familiar with all building across campus
Know most of the clients
Have worked with both contractors
