I am responsible for the assessment of custodial services in over sixty buildings throughout campus. I inspect all academic buildings monthly, and meet with contractors weekly to discuss concerns and possible solutions.

I was responsible for the supervision of academic, and residential buildings throughout the Durham campus. My responsibilities included:

• Overseeing cleaning, and working with staff to ensure University needs are met.
• Conducting regular inspections of buildings.
• Performing yearly employee review.
• Ordering supplies.
• Overseeing equipment repair.
• Reporting maintenance concerns.
• Being on call for emergency cleanups.
