• Worked in conjunction with the Terrorist Screening Center in effort to combat terrorism, or Transnational Criminal Organizations.
• Detailed to the Del Rio Sector Prosecutions Office, one of the top producers in the nation for prosecuting 8 USC 1326. Represented the U.S Government during Federal court hearings
• Review field cases for legal sufficiency, prepare the proper charging court documents (i.e., criminal complaints) and testify at subsequent hearings at the Federal District Court.
• Act as case agent on alien smuggling cases, working with the AUSA, Del Rio Sector Intelligence, and ICE/HSI on the case through adjudication
• Prepare and document the daily transfer of prisoner funds from Border Patrol custody to USMS
• Conducted and coordinated joint task force operations with Mexican Federal Police while on the Marine Unit; Operation Alianza. Regularly liaison with multiple foreign agencies ( Mexican Federal Police, Groupo Beta, and Fuerza Coahuila)
• National Registry Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) worked in one of the busiest stations, where loss of life was imminent and due to the secluded location EMS was unavailable. Comprehensive knowledge of emergency medicine to assess, treat, stabilize and transport seriously ill or injured patients to area hospitals and trauma centers
• Provided guidance as Subject Matter Expert to all personnel throughout Del Rio Sector on case preparation for G166's and processing pathways
• Trained in marine time law enforcement including: performing all task in in connection with deck maintenance, small boat operations, navigation and supervising all personal assigned to a boats deck force
• Responsible for watertight integrity and emergency equipment associated with firefighting and flooding. Responsible for conducting safe and efficient tows and boarding's of other vessels
• Assisted in the humanitarian rescue efforts during Hurricane Harvey. Collaborated with federal, state, local, and private sector partners to ensure a swift and effective recovery effort
• Interpreting radar data to calculate appropriate intercept while tracking vessels and people to a successful interdiction.
• During unprecedented migrant influx crisis in Eagle Pass, TX in 2019, I was personally responsible for over a dozen riverine rescues, which preserved the life and well being of Undocumented Migrants
• Assisted with supervisory duties at the Eagle Pass Soft Sided Facility. Checked and reviewed A-files , and ensured accountability for all manifestations.
• Subject matter expert in intelligence related operating systems( i.e. EARMS, UPAX, TECS, ATS Systems, PCQS, NextGen)
• Assisted and led classroom certifications and re certifications on EMT related training's (IFAK, CPR) for all station agents.
• Assisted with the first modified Tactical Casualty Combat Course for station agents. I budgeted with station management in order to get all line agents proper training materials
• Maintained and facilitated public relations within my community, attending events such as D.A.R.E., the Special Olympics , and other public events. Interact with the community, while answering questions pertaining to the job, proper use of safety equipment, and career opportunities within Homeland Security

• Safely maintained and operated detention facilities and ensured all proper logs and incidents were reported in a timely manner, all while making sure that humanitarian requirements were being adhered to in compliance with the Transportation Escort and Detention
