  • Worked in conjunction with the Terrorist Screening Center in effort to combat terrorism, or Transnational Criminal Organizations.
  • Detailed to the Del Rio Sector Prosecutions Office, one of the top producers in the nation for prosecuting 8 USC 1326. Represented the U.S Government during Federal court hearings
  • Review field cases for legal sufficiency, prepare the proper charging court documents (i.e., criminal complaints) and testify at subsequent hearings at the Federal District Court.
  • Act as case agent on alien smuggling cases, working with the AUSA, Del Rio Sector Intelligence, and ICE/HSI on the case through adjudication
  • Prepare and document the daily transfer of prisoner funds from Border Patrol custody to USMS
  • Conducted and coordinated joint task force operations with Mexican Federal Police while on the Marine Unit; Operation Alianza. Regularly liaison with multiple foreign agencies ( Mexican Federal Police, Groupo Beta, and Fuerza Coahuila)

  • During unprecedented migrant influx crisis in Eagle Pass, TX in 2019, I was personally responsible for over a dozen riverine rescues, which preserved the life and well being of Undocumented Migrants
