  • Provided leadership and mentorship to three sailors as N641 LPO for one year in which we worked as a team to ensure the command had the IT equipment they needed in support of flag level missions
  • Tracked, purchased and distributed up to 900,000$ worth of IT assets to include VTS equipment, peripherals, and BGAN/Fly Away kits as well as day to day office supplies to ensure the staff, who was always changing, was always capable of maintaining command and control of the entire fleet

  • As training assistant at NTCS San Diego, I coordinated and tracked the training progress of the entire command to include 200 enlisted, officers and civilians for 2 years
  • I focused on developing a long range and short range training plan in order to properly distribute required military training and well as in rate knowledge
  • In addition I was the Command Readiness Training Team Coordinated and was tasked with reviewing and approving in rate IT drill package scenarios
  • Reviewed and revised 60 individual drill packages ranging from Cyber Security issues, network troubleshooting and communication outages that were vital to the overall score of 98.8 for the Unit Level Training Readiness Assessment-Sustainment
  • Coordinated and provided the training of 200 sailors to further enhance their skills in software/hardware troubleshooting, communication abilities and general basic IT knowledge base

USS America

  • As ISSO I was assigned with maintaining the ship’s Cyber Security posture and general crew knowledge of Information Assurance related issues
  • I performed daily scanning duties of HBSS/ACAS scans of the network and troubleshot any issues that arisen from them
  • I also supported the Help Desk division by being motivated to keep an eye out on trouble tickets during downtime to elevate the burden of the ADP shop and to keep my troubleshooting skills in line with the updated software and hardware
  • SOVT a new HBSS install that was vital to maintaining the ship’s Cyber Security Posture
  • Played a key role in the software implementation, blade server install and providing instant troubleshooting actions to alleviate any issues that appeared
  • Performed troubleshooting expertise and suburb customer support augmenting to the ADP shop by working on and closing 1000 trouble calls in support of the commands missions and to ensure jets could still fly
  • As the commissioning crew, I played a key role in setting up the Cyber Security Division for USS America
  • Utilizing my skills in communication and problem solving, I assured all crew members and civilians met to requirements to access three separate network enclaves as well as ensuing those enclaves were credited to be in operation

  • As administrator I was in charge of maintaining and troubleshooting various servers and assets across three separate classification enclaves ensuring a 99% up time in all areas for two years
  • Additionally I was a member of the Command Medical Training team in which I organized, trained and evaluated drill scenarios in order to enhance crew performance and knowledge
  • SOVT Radiant Mercury and ISNS Compose installs providing basic troubleshooting knowledge and experience to ensure a smooth transition from the old system to the new
  • As SI Watch Supervisor, I provided leadership and shared experience to 4 watch standers providing ample customer service across two classified domains and one unclassified domain to include troubleshooting hardware and software issues helping keep the crew and staff capable of performing SI Ops and missions
  • Directly responsible for implementation of guidelines to ensure compliance with SSO Navy accreditation and requirements
  • This played a big part in allowing C7F and USS Blue Ridge to continue with their mission of Fleet level Command and Control
  • Facilitated 25 basic medical drills and dedicated over 30 hours of Emergency Medical Training for two commands as a Medical Training Team member
  • Doing so resulted in a 98% score during the Battle Efficiency testing phase

  • As SCI/ADNS Operator, I maintained UARNOC/PRNOC with a 98% uplink status with zero operator discrepancies in support of USS Lake Erie daily requirements and BMD testing missions and shot exercises
  • Maintained the Ships Signal Exploitation Space’s EKMS/CMS safe to include inventory, destruction of key-mat, and loading of various SCI equipment and keys
  • Received and validated of more than 500 time-sensitive messages and provided over 45 maintenance hours to the SCI ADNS system and JWICS network ensuring maximum sustainability
  • Provided over 20 hours of off duty time to train seven personnel on the procedures regarding the loading and proper storage of CMS materials resulting in more flexibility for SSE watch standing teams
  • Was hand-picked by the command CMC, due to my impeccable professionalism, to represent the ship as an official Honor Guard member
  • Traveled to various locations to participate in numerous parades, change of commands and retirement ceremonies
