  • Launched the first store for Black Rifle Coffee Company, far exceeding the company's goals and expectations. All while maintaining a low turnover rate in the store.

  • Along with the Lead Store Trainer, created the training material that would serve as the platform for training the entire retail side of the company. As well as, developing all of the processes and programs for retail leadership and management teams.
  • Trained all incoming General and Assistant Managers for the subsequent store openings. Set a mindset of leadership development and operational excellence with General Managers in the company, and continued to foster those relationships.
  • Launched the first location in the DFW area, while managing the training team to develop a talented retail team. As well as managing the store, training the incoming management team, and fulfilling my duties to the other locations. This resulted in the most successful grand opening of any of the stores to date.
  • Cultivated the food & beverage menu from top to bottom, which set the standard for the company moving forward.
