  • Maintenance Technician for Assembly Production for automotive parts such as front and rear subframes and lower arms for Honda/Acura, GM, Toyota, Tesla, and Rivian.
  • Responsible for keeping all production lines up and working and minimizing downtime.
  • Designed and installed tooling to enhance machine functionality and efficiency and robotic cells.

  • At times would need to Performed welding, drilling, tapping, and grinding tasks to support manufacturing processes as needed for projects.
  • Work with mostly Omron and some Allen Bradley PLCs and troubleshoot and work close with Engineer to improve production processes.

  • Worked closely in a lab with Lead Project engineers on installing and testing different HVAC Co2 Semi-hermetic pumps for refrigeration and calorimeter.
  • Would test multiple different pump prototypes for customers in various room conditions at various pressures and temperatures.
  • Would either manually adjust different valves such as Hot Gas, Liquid, Water, and EVI (Vapor Injection) or use PID's to automatically adjust to pressure and temp setpoints,
  • 3-Phase power AC (480v) for Motor with proper grounding
  • Used Thermocouples to measure all the auxiliary temperatures and acquire the data through software and with data acquisition tools such as Oscilloscopes.
  • We would also fill out data on Passover sheets and through Excel and Microsoft Teams.
  • Had a company wide meeting every month with the engineering team and talked through the company’s progress and how to improve such as safety, cost cutting, gaining more customers.

OASIS - Semiconductor Certification via Miami University

Funded by Intel, for select college students in Ohio.

Spend a day in the Engineering lab and see how semiconductor chips are made and watch the silicon wafers be designed and then take 8 different modules (Online) with a quiz for each one on Semiconductors from production to applications, and goes deep in depth about Moore's Law. Each student is paid $300 for completion.
