My siblings and myself we removed from my Mother's home 10 years ago due to a very abusive situation. My grandparents have had custody of us since. Both of my grandparents are retired and my grandfather is a 100% disabled veteran (VietNam) so I do help with all of the yard work and other chores that they are unable to do.
From a young age I have seen myself as an individual that has qualities in several different characteristic groups. I'm a very creative mind, one that sees as not always problems and more of an opportunity. I never take an experience for granted because of the life I have already lived, I was taught that life throws you opportunities that you have the choice to say yes or no too weather that's to benefit you or jeopardize something in your life, the answer is only known if you take the chance and live through every experience you have the chance to be a part in. I was able to live my life to the fullest capability, taking the most of my opportunity, never saying no but also being able to fulfill prestigious academic standards. I live a fun lifestyle while averaging over a 4.0 GPA, being active in the community as a part in over three clubs such as the National Honor Society, Green Club and the Key Club. I have volunteered at soup kitchens to help spread my love and expression of life so that maybe some of the people struggling can adopt a mindset that helped me when I was struggling with an abusive, drug dependent mother and a deceased father. Life is not easy in any way but adopting a mindset that can improve your look on life and still make you able to be fully capable to achieve success will make it vastly less vigorous of a path. Due to this, I have been accepted into my dream school, The University of Florida.
