Relational Wisdom (RW) is a program developed by my friend Ken Sande to help churches and organizations get up stream from conflict. He uses a strong Biblical model to teach the importance of things like empathy, emotional awareness, and conflict resolution. RW borrows from ideas like emotional intelligence (EI) and emotional quotient (EQ) and looks at them from a Christian perspective. I have found this model to be extremely helpful. I have attended several of Mr. Sande's conferences along with completing the online certificate.
