  • Current department that I’ve been asked to help organize with either adjusting or developing workflow processes that benefit the company as a whole
  • Consistently working on fine tuning our live excel sheets in order to benefit the user inputting the information and anyone in the company reading needed information regarding our parts department

  • Learned the standards of procedure of the service department including estimate development, work order creation, purchase order issuing, invoicing, bayswap management, technician payroll, and audits regarding department information
  • Core member of the team to create and fine tune the service departments live spreadsheets used daily to keep track of all stages of workflow of any asset the service department is involved in.
  • Tracking estimated times of arrival of part to ensure a unit is not pulled into a bay with insufficient parts; resulted in a weekly meeting with our parts department to support a healthy interbranch
  • Assisted in helping create, track, and maintain the service departments workflow process from initial inspection, to developing the estimate, and steps following completion of approved repairs. Upon return to the Service department once our Trucking Manager was hired I then was able to fine tune our workflow processes with the service team, eventually leading to the team being able to maintain all workflow responsibilities without my help needed.
  • Weekly audits of our shop technicians time clock punches, emailing any inconsistencies or errors to our service team, fixing any errors, then turning in all of our main shop technicians payroll to HR
