Analyzes and organizes complex qualitative and quantitative data from the electronic database(s) utilized within DEMOLISH credentialing MSOW and Crystal Reports, and synthesizes results into meaningful reports on a regular basis. Monitors and analyzes the productivity of the database(s) for optimal efficiencies. This position requires a creative analytical thinker, communicator, and educator to provide highly skilled data interpretation for key stakeholders, including identification of key drivers opportunities for improvement to ensure efficient and high quality credentialing and payer enrollment services
Provide advanced analytical support for business operations in all or some of the following areas: claims, provider data, member data, clinical data, HEDIS, pharmacy, CPT and ICD-10 codes, external reporting. Extract, load, model, and reconcile large amounts of data across multiple system platforms and sources. Review data to determine operational impacts and needed actions; elevate issues, trends, areas for improvement and opportunities to management. Develop reports and deliverables for management. Model data using MS Excel, Access, SQL, Microstrategy, Amisys and/or other data warehouse analytical tools. Ensure compliance with federal and state deliverable reporting requirements by performing data quality audits and analysis. Assist with training and mentoring other Data Analysts
