  • Track and prioritize Verifications for new client setup
  • Call agencies as necessary to retrieve and/or verify state IDs, frequencies, rates, or file and submit payment for original and amended taxes based on agency specific requirements
  • Research, track, and resolve assigned tax notices from agencies and assigned tickets from clients and service departments
