Southwestern Bell recently purchased AT&T and I guided my team through the many, sometimes daily, changes with systems, and compliance requirements that could vary from state to state, while still meeting sales goals.
After we excelled with our new systems, products and goals with now being AT&T in a 5 state region we then effectively expanded to assisting customers all over the U.S.
I analyzed calls by listening and visually seeing reps screens to understand what they were doing and saying to help come up with more efficient ways to streamline the 13 different programs we used, handle and overcome objections better, and help with fine tuning the systems we were using to assist the reps become more successful.
