Responsible for the oversight and development of programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Programs include Group Homes for adults with behavioral challenges and for persons with special health care needs including Supported Living Programs and Community Based Day Programs. Analyze and monitor multimillion-dollar budgets. Provide leadership, support, coaching, and guidance to staff at all levels of experience to improve quality service delivery and person centered outcomes. Analyze census data to include utilization and occupancy. Develop goals and processes to maximize referrals, retention, and develop marketing strategies. Work collaboratively with leadership team to achieve goals for increased occupancy and utilization levels.
