Summary

I have worked in customer service and management for approximately 36 years. I have worked my way up in many jobs from the bottom to either manager or assistant manager. I have owned multiple businesses over the years and currently starting a new one. I love to deep dive into customer issues and find a resolution. When meeting customers over the phone or in person, I let them know that their problem is important to me and I will do my very best for them. Over the years I have worked in construction, call centers, chain stores and in a couple offices. I was even a liaison when I worked for a staffing company between them and a large client called A.S.K. Foods which supply most Walgreens with their salads. I have won awards for jr. sales rookie of the year. I have won sales awards for amounts of monthly sales in a quarter. My motto is that I lead by example and I am not afraid of hard work. Without a customer, I do not have a job.
