• Directing maintenance activity and controlling configuration of F/A-18 / EA-18G flight test aircraft for VX23 Test and evaluation squadron
• Conducting test flight on F/A-18 and EA-18G Growler test platform.
• Lead Flight test engineer for the F/A-18 super hornet India demonstration program.
• Developed and maintained project execution plans for the demonstration by overseeing acquisition of the 2 Super Hornets from the US navy, modifying/ Instrumenting the project aircraft, ferrying test aircraft to India, conducting test in a highly challenging environment under the guideline of the Indian Navy customer and returning the aircraft to the US navy.
• Translated the needs of the Indian navy customer by creating and executing service demos, test procedures that either meets or exceeded their needs.
• Presented briefings to the customer, which included test readiness reviews, aircraft service overview and systems briefings.
• Established long lasting relationships with Indian Navy, Boeing India for future projects.
• Developed flight reports for numerous stores and hardware tested on aircraft.
• Overseeing airframe modifications and envelope expansion.
• Conducts operations in accordance with Boeing policy and procedures, and NAVAIR 3960 Test Plans and Procedures and per NATOPS.
• Coordinating with test team personnel, project engineers, maintenance, and US Navy customer.
• Assisted with preparation of briefs, including Operational Test Readiness Reviews (OTRR) and other technical briefs.

• Lead Test engineer supporting PW1100 Flight test program at Airbus onboard theA320 NEO flying test bed , responsible for coordinating with airbus flight test engineer and test pilots.
• Tested hardware and software within tightly controlled sandbox environment prior to release to production.
• Assisted with preparation of briefs, including Operational Test Readiness Reviews (OTRR) and other technical briefs.
• Reviewed, evaluated and identified requirements for testability.
• Engaged internal and external customers during planning and test phases and interfaced with assigned project managers to comply with entry criteria.
• Analyzed test results and prepared system-level evaluation reports to verify and validate system performance.
• Secured and allocated resources and developed relationships necessary to manage planning and operations in testing cycle.
• Identified areas needing improvement to review with senior leadership and develop plans for improvement.

• Proficient in performing structural analysis of baring, rotors and seal hardware in high pressure turbine
• Providing assistance in coordinating and identifying test instrumentation, data requirements for engine validation
• Monitoring and analyzing data during engine ground test
• Evaluating ground and flight test data, incorporating them into "lessons learned" into future test activities
• Experience over seeing engine validation test at Airbus for PW1100G/ Airbus 320 NEO project
• Tested embedded software applications for used for Engine validation
