I have 3 roles at Amazon. Stowing is my main job, i’m crossed trained in the other two roles.

• Stowing: Stow items from bins into pods for efficient storage.
• Pick: I pick items from pods for packing.
• Pack: I pack annd box the items for labeling and shipment.

• I greeted the customers entering the store and responded promptly to their needs. During downtime I restocked and organized merchandise in front lanes. I also cleaned registers and the counters.
• I gave exceptional customer service, resolving issues without involving the manager unless he/she were needed.
• I worked at the cash register and did transactions for cash, check, and credit cards.
• Helped customers complete purchases, locate items, and join reward programs.

I worked here for a short time due to living arrangements. I checked the orders to make sure they were correct and I loaded the orders up and brung them out to the customer.

• I greeted and assisted guests, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• I verified tickets and directed the guests to their screening rooms.
• I cleaned the bathrooms and made sure they were appropriate for the guests.

• I provided exceptional customer service, and attentive and friendly interactions. I kept my area clean and organized.
• I communicated with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
• I used the POS system to place orders, manage bills, and handle complimentary items.
• I would work with my team members during busy shifts to assure efficient workflow and excellent guest experiences.
