  • My responsibilities are maintaining a safe work environment, while leading the teams to achieve daily tasks
  • Tasks include but not limited to JPH, throughput, vacation schedules and payroll
  • I lead in weekly TIP Meetings and participate in a companywide continuous improvement basketweave meetings
  • I led the machine department in bi-yearly Safety Lockout Audits
  • In 2021 I was an key contributor of winning a GM Launch of the Year Award.
  • I played an important role in implementing new procedures and conducting qualification requirements to become a fully functional production plant.

  • As a coordinator I was responsible placing team members in positions within the line for daily production task
  • I also, ordered parts needed to produce to the daily delivery requirements to our customers
  • I assisted with troubleshooting and/or fixing any issues with equipment failures
  • Made trouble calls to the maintenance or quality departments when more assistance was needed
  • Was responsible for logging and submitting daily production counts, and scrap totals to the shift supervisor
  • In 2016, I was promoted to production supervisor and remained in the same department
  • My role as a supervisor was to maintaining safety protocols, payroll, disciplines, vacation management along with upholding a working relationship with the local union.
