• My job at Hallmark requires me to know how to work with others and be able to work efficiently
• Knowing my assignment and what group I am placed in is really important, because that way it's easier to go about my day and get my work done
• Understanding each resident and their different needs is a big part of a CNA’S role, because when you understand them and where they are coming from it makes you happy and the resident happy as well
• I’m also responsible for charting on each resident I had so when the director of nursing ( DON ) looks back she can see if the resident has an increase or a decrease.

I operate a mobility vehicle transporting customers to different locations like appointments ,grocery store, home basically wherever they need to be

• Working at KFC I had to learn the menu board and how to do line work
• Knowing the different kinds of chicken is really important when working the line, and knowing how the dinner box should be set up
• Learning how to multitask, and getting to the point where you can listen to the customer talk and fix at the same time
• Again working together with employees when the restaurant is busy, customers only want to wait but so long before the get irritated
• TEAMWORK MAKES THE DREAM WORK

• Being a cashier I had to lean the menu board and how to deal with money
• Working in a fast food restaurant means you have to know how to communicate with your employees so you can know what order to give the customers will receive their meals
• Being able to communicate with the customers is really important and knowing the food off the back of your head
• Making sure the customer is as happy with their food as they are with their cashier helps not just you but all the staff
• The most important thing that I have learned while working in a fast food restaurant is that the customer is always right.
