I am well calibrated on this qualification in my current role on the floor as well as when I was in the Environmental department.

I’ve worked with resources across the site and externally to achieve satisfactory results.

E.g. conflict resolutions with vendors, win./win resolutions with team leaders from all departments

(Trash disposal, Sustainability, Electrical waste and Class A effort).

I specialize on keeping good work relationships with resources across work boundaries. I demonstrate this on a daily basis.

I’ve demonstrated this consistently with satisfactory in my previous systems role.. I’ve received training as well as trained others in all aspects of Environmental.

I’ve trained from the time I was in the role until even now among core technicians. I kept up with changing regulations and conveyed those changes to the organization to keep the site in compliance.

They include, RCRA, DOT, TSCA, Waste and Storm water permit compliance, air permit compliance etc.
