Troubleshoots test results of integrated cooling systems, potable water, fire suppressant system, oxygen systems, hydraulic systems, accumulator gauge, moisture control system, cargo heat, cabin pressure control, insertion loss, integrated surveillance system, and pitot static system.

Performs functional testing including high interference radio frequency, integrated cooling systems, potable water, fire suppressant system, oxygen systems, hydraulic systems, accumulator gauge, moisture control system, cargo heat, cabin pressure control, insertion loss, integrated surveillance system, and pitot static system.

Troubleshoots test results of wiring, control modules, flight control systems, doors, lighting, cabin pressure, ground blocks, hydraulics, landing gear operation, external electrical power, auto flight tests, air flight data, crew oxygen, flight recording systems, battery compartment, and all pilot controls.

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled inspections on corporate and general aviation aircraft.
• Troubleshoot and repair reciprocating engines and PT6 turbine engines.
• Conduct maintenance and system repairs on Cessna, Beechcraft, Piper, V-Tail, Mooney, and King Air aircraft.
• Utilize AMM, IPC, ADS, Service Bulletins, and technical data to complete repairs to OEM and FAA standards.
• Inspect aircraft avionics, electrical, hydraulic, and cabin systems to ensure operational safety and compliance.

• Conducted scheduled and unscheduled turbine and airframe maintenance.
• Installed and adjusted structural components, flight controls, linkages, doors, and control surfaces.
• Removed and replaced system components to meet tolerance, fit, and functional requirements.
• Troubleshoot aircraft structure and hydraulic systems to support aircraft return-to-service.
• Ensured quality assurance and documentation accuracy in accordance with Gulfstream standards.

• Performed heavy maintenance on MD-11 and B747-400 freighter aircraft.
• Inspected, serviced, installed, and repaired airframe components, engine sections, and associated systems.
• Disassembled and reassembled components to restore full airworthiness.
• Serviced IDGs, performed flight control rigging, cabin panel installation, and engine removal/installation.
• Followed AMM, SRM, IPC, and approved technical data to meet FAA regulations and performance goals.

• Performed leak checks, pressure tests, and fuel tank repairs on E-8 Joint STARS and KC-10 aircraft.
• Entered fuel cells for inspection and repair, confined-space certified and respirator qualified.
• Installed, sealed, and repaired tanks, equipment, plumbing, pumps, valves, and hardware.
• Performed high/low-stringer reseal operations using technical drawings and blueprints.
• Utilized pressure test equipment to validate safety of fuel cell confined spaces.
• Used Microsoft Word, Excel, and approved aviation software to complete maintenance documentation.
