Currently in HCO Learning and Education as a Human Resource Specialist, GS-0201-12. I have been a Frontline Training Liaison for over five years, working with leadership in various roles.

I have been trained on and attained proficient knowledge of web-based programs, such as TRIMS (Training Room Inventory Management System), ITM (Integrated Talent Management), and STETS (Service-Wide Travel Estimator).

I utilize the IRS mission to follow the tax laws passed by Congress. The IRS's role is to make sure the majority of compliant taxpayers follow the tax laws.

I have received training and gained access to ITM. I am able to add items and schedule offering data into ITM.

I have taken it upon myself to become acquainted with the Kirkpatrick Model by Donald Kirkpatrick, which includes four levels of learning: Reaction, Learning, Behavior, and Results, that I instill in my everyday work process to evolve.

Managed time effectively to ensure tasks were completed on schedule and deadlines were met.

Worked successfully with a diverse group of coworkers to accomplish goals and address issues related to our services.

Researched various contractors for education classes for my management and program analysts to see if there is any affiliation with higher education classes or certification.
