As a part-time security guard at TPA4 Amazon Fulfillment Center, I patrol the premises, monitor surveillance equipment, and respond to alarms and other emergencies. I also enforce rules and regulations, investigate suspicious activity, and provide customer service.

As a part time- Clubhouse attendant my primary responsibility is to provide phenomenal customer service in our amenity centers to each and every guest, and follow proper cleaning procedures to ensure cleanliness of the facilities. The role also assists other employees.

Job Tasks:

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Resolving complaints in an efficient and timely manner.
• Welcome residents into the access system, and provide them with amenity cards.
• Clean and sanitize amenities center, which includes mopping floors,fitness equipment, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, and organizing pool deck
• Patrol pool decks and park areas, enforcing rules as needed

As a full-time clubhouse attendant, my primary responsibility is to assist and maintain effective daily operations of amenity and recreational facilities. Assist and orient residents in using the amenity facilities. Enforce the rules and regulations of amenity facilities

· Meet and greet new and existing residents.

· Assist new homeowners with tours and appropriate “welcome home’ paperwork.

· Participate and assist with operations, special events and activities

· Conduct routine inspections throughout building and closing procedures

· Perform routine procedures which include telephone management, copy documents, inventory control supplies for office equipment, maintenance, cleaning.
