as a quality assurance technician for a potato chip company my duties included hourly testing of potato chips, film, boxes, and seasonings. also tested the moisture and oil levels every 4 hours as well as free fatty acids testing twice per shift(12 hour shift). Duties also included housekeeping and cleaning of the lab regularly thoughout the shift.

As a quality assurance coordinator, my duties included all of the aforementioned tasks, plus scheduling associates for shifts, equipment upkeep, assignment deligation, served as the liason between management from production and quality to associates. Assigned training, operated power equipment used in the disposal expired product, disposal of hazardous material, stocking and basic inventory control.
