Lead and organized a team to development multiple Air Force Weapon School Syllabi, totaling in 2x 360 hour syllabi awarding 16x Masters accreditation credits.

Lead aircrew in the development of an excel product that autonomously calculated timed attacks & fuel planning. This tool was uploaded into 36 cockpits for 854 aircrew saving 54 man hours.

Organized and built 22 person team for the standup of a dynamic AOR. Instructed 107 aircrew to forge war, delivered maps, charts, SATCOM, & trained 2 sister units, doubling war support to CCs.

Deputy mission planning cell chief in a joint operation, managing 112 assets in a 48-hour exercise testing blue capabilities against near peer adversaries.

Rewrote operations group techniques, tactics, and procedures academics; reviewed/overhauled 11 hour instructor content/materials for pilots and sensor operators establishing group standard for over 1 thousand aircrew

Orchestrated 2 day Raytheon visit, scheduling 6 events and briefs about combat mission operations to 5 engineers showcasing multispectral targeting pod capabilities.

Supported weapons and tactics shop coordinating with higher headquarters target taskings to analyze strike plans, enabling the elimination of multiple high value individuals.
