Proven to excel in high-pressure environments, I adeptly managed multiple tasks at The Palm's Bar and Grill, enhancing customer satisfaction through exceptional service and efficient seating. My expertise in customer service and strong multitasking abilities led to a significant improvement in guest experience, showcasing my ability to resolve conflicts and handle cash with precision.

Was actively involved in my High School FFA Chapter as a President and Vice President also held the MO state Area Office as Secretary. Through FFA I also spent 2 years helping teach and educate the local elementary schools about agriculture and its importance to the community that we live in through a adjunct class. I participated on multiple MO State FFA qualifying contest teams consisting of, Parliamentary Procedures, Livestock, Soils, Dairy Foods, Knowledge as well as Speech and Debate teams. I received 3RD in the State of MO for Speech at the MO Teach AG at the MO Farm Bureau Convention. I received Chapter Superior Senior Award, MO State Swine Proficiency Award, MO State FFA Degree, as well as 3rd Place High individual for Livestock team. I also participated as as ambassador at the MO State Fair for the No Limits Pig Show.

Being an active member of the NWMTPA association I compete against other participates for weekend points. Our  weekend pulling season runs from late May to mid Sept.   The goal of tractor pulling is to determine the strongest machine and the best driver. Most the pulling tracks are a minimum of 30 feet wide by 320 feet long. Points are earned every weekend and tallied up at the end of the year to determine winners for each class. Top pullers win money every weekend per pull with a final pay out at the end of season to top points winners.  I pull a John Deere 4430 in the 8500 Limited Pro- Stock. I also actively participate at board meetings to help implementation of rules and make sure the handbook is being followed.
