· Implementation of HR Processes such as recruitment, onboarding, staff assessments, and employee-employer relationships resulting to employee satisfaction.
· Successful of ISO Certification – through ISO certification process, ensuring compliance with Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Standards and obtaining our certificates without any major non-conformities.
· Legal Compliance and Risk Management – ensured compliance with Qatar Labor Laws, regulations and company policies, minimizing legal risks and liabilities through effective HR policies, procedures and trainings.
· Effective Employee Relations Management – established and maintained positive employee relations through open communication, conflict resolution strategies and fostering a positive work culture, resulting in improved morale and reduced turnover.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources - Planning, Recruitment & Development:
· Integrating & interpreting company's activities / tasks in terms of human resource requirements. Making assessment and forecast of Human Resources as per the short term and long-term needs.
· Designing and applying recruitment policies, selection and placement process of human resources. Co-ordinate the recruitment of staff by analyzing requests from MD/ Operations / Department Heads reviewing job descriptions.
· Determine ways of soliciting appropriate candidates & assessing applicants through formal interviews. Ensure that all necessary forms are completed & filed in a timely manner. Negotiate & process employment contracts.
· Organize induction program for new recruits and job reorientation for the existing employees.
· Co-ordinate the identification of the training and development needs of the staff and facilitate training opportunities in accordance with business needs / technology up¬ gradation and requirements.
· Identify training requirements of employees and prepare Training Plan .
· Arrange to conduct trainings for employees and evaluate the training effectiveness.
· Maintain all training records.
· Preparation of monthly Manpower mobilization reports for submission to the MD.
Administration & Support:
· Evaluate current HR policies and update them as/when necessary. Research on the new policies and keep track of changes in the labor market. Distribute all new and approved HR policies to employees so as to ensure their familiarization and adherence to such policies.
· Develop and manage HR administrative systems including compensation & benefits.
· Maintenance and updating of service records of employees.
· Design, adopt and coordinate Performance Appraisals for all the employees.
· Continuous improvement in staff engagement within organization & reinforcing a team work.
Employees Relations:
· Plan and Organize programs for educating current and prospective employees about company's objectives, job duties, working condition, wages structures for maintaining and promoting harmonious relation.
· Advise managers with the grievance settlement process.
· Follow up on all matters with Government departments relating to Immigration & Labor department, Chamber of Commerce etc.
· Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping to resolve related problems.
· Organize suggestion system for generating and promoting innovative and creative ideas.
· To implement QHSE procedures, QHSE objectives / Targets and to ensure its full compliance.
· Implement QHSE Policy.
· Ensure effective functioning of all activities in compliance with QHSE procedures.
· Approve actions on non-conforming system procedures.
Primary Tasks and Specialist Functions:
HR & ADMIN
· Preparing Status of Absence for Staffs and Labors
· Updating MENA (leaves, information, etc.)
· Monitoring of absences (staffs and labors)
· Coordination to all project sites related to HR & Admin works (day to day)
· Purchasing (Sites and Head Office)
· Ticketing / Hotel Bookings
· Assisting the staff needs (Requests / Leaves etc.)
· Daily Monitoring of bSmart for labors
· Checking Staff Allocation (Attendance from bSmart and Leave of Absence)
· Checking bSmart for monitoring of absences of staffs
· Monitoring of people returning from vacation and KSA (for head counts of camp)
· On the spot report from Managers
· Preparing the Staff Payrolls
· Preparing the documents needed for Staffs going Final Exit
· Assisting and coordinating the operations what they
· Updating Asset List – monthly routine
· Preparing yearly assessments for computation of SA / GA (Bonus) of the staffs
· Finalizing the year end vacations status vs MENA
· Finalizing the % of OT for Staffs going Final Exit and for Bonus

Recruitment
· Assisting for selection of candidates for both Staffs and Labors to be hired.
· Preparing Job Offer
· Coordinating to Recruitment Agencies in Manila and

· Checking and coordinating to all concerned persons after the application process
