  • I am responsible for managing all aspects of running an outdoor living/landscaping/irrigation company (including retaining walls, flat work, extensive deck builds, roads, full subdivision builds, etc.)
  • This includes acquiring permits with local jurisdictions, material gathering, budgeting, scheduling, day-to-day contact with each customer, and/or superintendent/foreman duties of each work site, managing expectations, and ensuring the successful completion of each project

  • My role was to also directly supervise the process in delivering a finalized title package, as well as keep up with day-to-day reporting through Excel
  • Further, I was directly responsible for all communications with our in-house title reviewers and the acquisitions team
  • Items were also reported in weekly meetings with all other department managers to ensure that team cohesion was maintained
