RRC is a small family owned construction company so we wear a lot of hats. I met with homeowners and help bring their dreams into reality as it relates to their construction and remodeling needs. I supervise the subcontractors and approved estimates and make revisions when necessary. I also inspected roofs for hail damage and wrote estimates for the homeowners and their insurance company. I also met with insurance adjusters as they inspected the property for damages.

I've been a licensed realty since 2009 and previously a licensed mortgage broker from 2004 - 2018. I currently mainly work only with seasoned investors as today's tumultuous market makes it very time consuming to find owner occupied clients their dream place. As a realtor I negotiated favorable contract terms for clients, resulting in higher satisfaction rates and repeat business. I conducted comprehensive market research to provide clients with accurate information on current trends and pricing strategies.

I worked as a desk adjuster for AAA Insurance and assisted the field adjusters and the homeowners through the claims process. I reduced expenses for AAA by insuring the accuracy of the estimates and replacement cost expenses. I communicated effectively and consistently in a caring and professional manner. I quickly resolved disputes with policyholders and closed files very efficeintly.
