• •Reviews red light runner and school speed zone photographs, video, and data to detem1ine violations and establish accurate identification of the motor vehicle involved in such infractions.
  •Focuses on reviewing photos, videos, and DMV information related to red light camera violations. Presents evidence and testimony on disputed violations to the Hearing Officer.
  •Ensures compliance with Florida Statutes 316.0083, which governs red light camera operations.
  •Identifies drivers who have committed traffic infractions based on the evidence reviewed.
