• Led a team of 13 full-stack software development engineers in development and operation of new customer facing initiatives, based on Machine Learning and Computer Vision technologies, to provide customers of Amazon Fashion an experience to get daily outfit recommendations and inspirations with garments both in their closet and available at Amazon, as well as envisioning themselves in various outfits through virtual try-on technology.
• Led a team of 5 software development engineers in building the Advertising Campaign Management system for Amazon App Store, which enabled Amazon Advertising customers to easily create, manage, monitor and pay for their campaigns.
• Collaborated with senior leadership and product management team to define product vision and requirements, and executed project plans coordinating with partner teams to achieve organizational goals.

• Led the design and development of Amazon "Moments" Project, an innovative marketing tool for Amazon App Developers to promote their products to their targeted end users efficiently through physical goods reward fulfilled by Amazon.
• Led the architecture, design and implementation of Amazon Solid State Drive (SSD) Firmware, a distributed low latency high throughput storage system that replaced the embedded SSD for AWS Elastic Block Service (EBS).
• Designed and implemented the secure bootloader and multimedia driver for Amazon FireTV and FirePhone.

Integrated, implemented and maintained hardware drivers in QNX Neutrino OS on Blackberry smart phones, including display, graphics, touch screen, and Near Field Communication (NFC) modules. Provided software support during smart phone manufacturing process. Trouble-shot and analyzed in-field smart phone defects to resolve intermittent misbehaviors and improve user experiences.

Responsible for developing various March Networks' transportation video surveillance products in both embedded application and server side management application. Responsible for the overall integration of the Linux based embedded video recording system, which consists of the hardware, firmware, Linux Operating System, drivers, core software and user applications.
