  • Served in Operation Just Cause (Panama) and Desert Storm as well as the current efforts in Iraq and Afghanistan. Some of the accomplishments were establishing the transition plan as a young Sargent to take an Infantry Company to a Light Infantry Company in the absence of a supply Sargent (dying of cancer) First company in the Battalion, to complete the transition and with no lost items. As a Young Sargent developed the Brigade training plan for the M-249 Squad Automatic Weapon (SAW) as an Army Recruiter named Top Recruiter for Large Station Multiple Times, Top Mentor Recruiter, Gold Medal in Recruiter Olympics and several other Top Recruiter Awards. One of 12 soldiers out of four hundred to receive my Expert Infantry Badge and had it awarded by the Secretary of the Army (The Honorable John O Marsh Jr.)
  • Top Brigade Retention Program for twelve consecutive quarters. Quartering Party NCOIC receiving Task Force 11 into Kuwait and then later into Iraq in 2003, Led ninety Convoys without a casualty in early 2003 between Balad Air Base and Bagdad. Received a Bronze Star for actions in Iraq.
  • Did the Staffing plan for the AH-64 Apache Longbow transition sending them from Germany to Ft Hood TX and returning to Germany. Increased staffing percentage by 20% over the next closest unit (104%) enabling us to supply our higher headquarters with trained personnel to support us.
