A lot of times customers come in with their personal computer asking what’s the problem with it.

Or why is it running slow what’s the problem, I will troubleshoot the pc the details given by the customer

And see what the problem is from


1.performance issues - slow system CPU/RAM Being lagging


2.crashes and instability-blue screen of death,freezing and storage issues


3.hardware failures -over heating and storage issues


4.driver and update problems -outdated drivers and bad updates .


5.software optimization-slow boot times and backgrounds processing


People will come in with a budget asking what’s the best pc I can get and I will help them choose the best parts.

Then when the parts come in I will build the personal computer for the customer with there expectations of it being gaming computer, workstation or any other there happy.
