The Installation Coordinator works within the Planned Service team to assist the Territories with the installation of Heidelberg equipment including; Sheetfed, Prinect, Label, Digital and post press products. Planned Service includes; installation planning and execution, scheduled SystemService inspections, implementation of Service Information Bulletins, complex service interventions, planned subscription activities, etc.

* Work within the Planned Services team to effectively implement installation project plans through direct coordination with Service Team Leaders, Service Coordinators, Installation Technicians, Logistics, vendors, partners and customers.
* Ensure all tools and supplies required for the installations are on site as needed to ensure the installation technicians have all resources available for a successful installation.
* Maintain detailed documentation of project activities to provide timely communication with all key stakeholders involved in the installation process. This includes all feedback forms, as well as cost tracking to ensure projected targets are met and appropriate escalations can be implemented as appropriate.
* Conduct installation site inspections as directed to clearly identify potential risks to the overall project plan.
* Ensure appropriate work orders are in place and all activities associated with the project are assigned, booked and closed in the correct manner by the Regional team.
* Ensure all contractual obligations have been satisfied in a timely manner prior to closing the project. 
* Regular attendance and timeliness is expected. 
* There may be times that overtime or weekend work will be critical functions of the job. Overtime, if applicable, must be approved in advance. 
* Other duties are assigned as needed by the jobholder's supervisor.
  
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  
Associate degree or vocational apprenticeship
  
Over 3 years up to and including 5 years of work related experience
  
SKILLS REQUIRED:

* Basic personal computer skills
* Strong working knowledge of MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
* SAP
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to represent the company and team in a professional manner
* Strong attention to detail
* Strong organizational skills in order to plan, track, coordinate and report on all activities.

Occasionally (1-33% of time)
