• Conduct wet and dry PMs on CNG, diesel and electric trucks

• Repairs with suspension, brakes, wheel seals, air system, fifth wheels, cooling system , engine components, body work , transmission fluid replacements, HVAC system, steering components

• Conduct CARB test on required units and diagnose with Jpro, Cummins Insite and Volvo Program

• Conducted PMs and repairs on dry vans, chasis , tractors, yard goats and forklifts
• Repairs conducted of trailer doors, suspensions , electrical, engine components, wheel seals , brakes, body work, air system, fifth wheel, HVAC system, steering components
• Diagnosing with Jpro, Cummins Insite, Navistar and Volvo program
• Familiar with Detroit, Cummins, Volvo and slightly Paccar engines

• Utilize experience shadowing tractor technicians to properly perform assigned duties such as diagnosing and repairing Hyster forklifts.
• Perform tire changes, oil seal replacements, PMs, etc. and notate any findings.
• Diagnose air leaks and repair sources, plus minor general diagnosis on chassis and cabs.
• Proven knowledge and ability to diagnose/repair AC systems.
• Experience using scan tools with JPro.

• Completed PMs on trailers, ensuring work is completed to specification.
• Repaired lighting and electrical systems on trailers.
• Inspect and complete maintenance on landing gears and tractor hookups.

• Move and stock items for transport per order.
• Unload freight trailers, ensuring product is accounted for and notating any damage.
• Operate forklifts according to safety standards to stow inbound items.
• Work collaboratively with peers to create a safe work environment, free of unused pallets and debris.
